Banner Blooms Card with Alcohol Ink Art Background

1. Cut Vellum cardstcok 5-1/4" x 4"and color with Bermuda Bay and Old Olive Stampin' Blends dark markers . Use the flat paint brush and dub around with 91% Rubbing Alcohol. Use Air blower or straw to move abound the ink on vellum cardstock. 2. Cut Basic White cardstock 5-1/4" x 4" and layer with colored vellum paper. Cut them with 2nd largest Stitched Rectangle Die. 3. Add the Stampin' Seal on the back side of vellum cardstock and attach to the Basic White cardstock. 4. Cut Bermuda Bay cardstock 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" and fold in half. Attach Vellum and basic White cardstock on the card front and attach the frame of vellum around it. 5. Stamp the sentiment on the scrap of Bermuda Bay cardstock with White Craft Ink. Pour the White Emboss Powder and add heat to set. Trim the cardstock and attach on the card front with mini dementionals. 6. Take 16" of Gold Metallic Edge Ribbon and color with Bermuda Bay Blends Marker. 7. Make a bow and attach on the card front with Mini Glue Dots. 8. (inside of the card) Cut Basic White cardstock 5-1/4" x 4". Attach the strip of colored Vellum cardstock 4" x 3/4". 9. Stamp the flower image with Bermuda Bay Ink. 10.
